I think you will find there is no exploration agreement in place with the landowner, the process of getting this in place was started way too late for someone that is worth $500m, has stations across three states in Australia and favourite mode of transport is a helicopter.

Because the approach was too late in the year, the landowner is not signing until next year as they do not want someone tearing up their station tracks during the wet. Newcrest got in early enough, they are drilling. From memory we pegged ground within a week of Newcrest as both being first movers in the area.
