A delusion is a fixed belief that is not amenable to change in light of conflicting evidence.
While it would appear that today's activity could be construed as conflicting evidence, I dont believe it can be entitled "evidence".
I prefer to wait for real evidence ie documentation from NOPTA for example. BPH and BUY have released statements stating they have not received official notification.
