Not sure why you wanted to tag me. I never said magnis won't get an offtake. There was no question that they would. They have a good deposit.

To be honest, they were probably the only company on the ASX, with a graphite deposit in Tanzania, that doesn't have an offtake, They also had one a while ago that I guess ceased when they couldn't get funding. Many companies that are even pre DFS have off takes, some have several. But how many are mining?

free carried interest being agreed on is one thing. Still doesn't mean they will get funding though.

So although this a required step to reach funding, I'm still pessimistic they will receive it come Q1,22.

Could be a pump but imo it should already be priced in and doesn't carry much weight other than it is a requirement for funding an it is the appropriate step.

Maybe if MNS didn't tout themselves as an end to end supplier for years i would be more pleased but they have a long way to go. Earliest production could still be 2024. That's also assuming everything goes well. It's nice to see them finally ticking something off for once.

Funny how a holder ticks off EFC bus program as if it's done while admitting he has no clue.

MNS have trading halts for all sorts of things. German gigafactory comes to mind. Where is the battery for that Australian business that they happily signed saying they would provide it in 2021. Like most things swept under the carpet.

Atleast this off take will help soften the blow when shareholders are informed that the gigafactory is not on target to meet their target of semi automated production. Maybe if it wasn't days before the holidays i may believe more that this could happen. But given they are so close to the hols and given the recent announcements over the past months I struggle to see how they are close.

Haters going to hate. People can dream up what they like. But it is my opinion and I can share it if I so well please.
