OMG! CLA 11c fair value, says broker report, page-106

Can't see who you're replying to because I've got them on ignore, but it doesn't matter, they're all the same faceless "holder/down-rampers".

See, I have a theory about them. I simply cannot bring myself to believe that anyone could be so stupid to continuously post negative sentiments about something they own that they have aspirations to later sell at a profit. Nobody can be that stupid, period. Look around HC forums at other stocks and you will find them, they are in almost every stock. There's always a few that have a "Held" position, but never ever cheer on a good news, yet will always be as negative as possible on any bad news.

So my theory is this: Stock forums like HC actually provide the perfect opportunity for down-ramping. Yes I know there may be some people who try to up-ramp a stock here, but let's face it, how effective is that? You would need someone to be proactive, go look for the HC forum for the stock in question, and read through reams and reams of forum posts to get to your up-ramping post. Besides, such a person would've probably already had a good mind to buy that stock anyway, so it's a non-event. Your up-ramping audience is almost non-existent.
For down-ramping, though, HC is something else. Here is a place that you know will be a place of "congregation" for people who actually own the stock. I mean, if you wanted to make a profit out of a stock going down, this place is like a gold-mine. Just jump on here, post a few negative remarks, sow some fear.... inadvertently, some will fall prey to it. Then you just buy up the cheaper than usual shares, wait for some common sense to kick in, and you can sell for a very small profit at the normal price.

I reckon they probably never hold any shares during the time they wait for an opportunity to throw around more fear. It's a horrible way to make money, almost as bad as speculating on property to screw the next generation, but i can see the rationale behind it.
