Not sure - at this stage, given (I assume) that no writ has been filed, I dont think anything could be done. And even after a writ had been filed, I dont think there would be anything wrong unless the person lied about it.


I hope this isnt a little dig that you think I am some sort of 'undercover BBI operative'.... I assure you I am not.

I just like playing devils advocate. It makes people think. Which, if anything, I hope would help Melua (and/or others) see things from the other side, and hopefully strengthen his/their case.
