Unfortunately this thread is NO Action Talk Only so just a lot of noise and more noise...and going absolutely nowhere.
Given the dire situation there should be a constructive plan formulated and surely there is a SHs resident in WA who could do a walk up to their office and test the response from management.
In saying that I would suggest that perhaps an interested and intrepid HotCopper SH with lots of skin in the game and with the help of all SHs here could prepare a list on HC SHs, number of shares (with a total and % of SOI) and then send a sharp and terse letter/email demanding a response to a series of agreed questions and demanding the answers be formally announced given any confidential information can not be answered privately. The letter/email should be cc-ed to the MAN's corporate secretary and share registrar and perhaps a few investor sites.
Simple questions like:
1. What is MAN's current investment/development/exploration plan (and timetable) including use of the current cash balances
2. How does management explain the significant decline in MAN's SP in 2021
3. Does management consider remuneration increases at a time when the investment of all SH (including recent CR SH) continues to decline necessary. If necessary what is the justification
4. Does management consider having "skin in the game" important and if so why do they have so little.
5. What are managements key functions/activities during times of little or no activity
6. Have management considered a cut/deferment in remuneration until positive results are achieved from MAN's investment/development/exploration plan
Fortunately I only have a very small holding but would be happy to participate. Should it be necessary I am happy to provide my name and no of shares held.
I am sure if a sufficient % of SOI participate then Mr Allchurch and his "gang of th..ves" will feel the heat and hopefully respond positively....at the moment MAN is in its death throes.
