adam - the dividend has not been declared yet.
Per the Scheme Implementation Agreement:
”Permitted Dividend means a dividend of not more than $0.05 per Target Share declared and paid by Target for the period ending 31 December 2021, to which no dividend reinvestment plan will apply.”

The 1c you quote was the last Senex interim dividend for the period ending 31 December 2020, which was paid in April 21. I would suggest that it would be unlikely for the dividend to be 1c again - more likely that it would be the 5c maximum quoted. However, who knows, given the contempt in which the Senex board appears to hold ordinary shareholders.
