You may or may not be right, but NME can't have its cake and eat it,
In the court case they claim a breach of JV contract and in the T O Review Panel
they claim that they needed to CR to contribute to the JV
In my opinion the BoD are scrambling to claw back their deferred salaries and fees.
and there is nothing more sinister in this who kerfuffle.
NME would have to prove deliberate intent to have the JV nullified
and I don't think anybody is suggesting so.
