If a shareholder is paying by BPay they will need to do the transaction at least a few days before to ensure the money arrives in time; I guess the same applies if paying by cheque since the funds have to be cleared in time.

Who knows what the market share price will be by the 25th November when the SPP offer closes. My bet is that it will be higher than the offer price-how much depends on what events happen in between-could be a positive company announcement eg say a parternering deal for its non core assets.

It could also be an announcement about more patents being granted or some more good news about Dendreon.Or there could even be no significant events at all- time will tell.
