It looks like the Bathurst Regional Council grant from the EPA was for $79,783.69 https://www.epa.nsw.gov.au/working-together/grants/illegal-dumping/illegal-dumping-clean-prevention . However, it's unclear how much of the grant is consumed by camera purchases and Spectur training for Council staff on camera installation and relocation.
Interestingly, it looks like there was a handful of other NSW Councils that were successful in obtaining EPA grant funding in the latest round to address various facets of the illegal dumping issue. Whether any other successful council grant applications to the EPA in the current round involved purchase of Spectur equipment is not clear, but it seems reasonable to assume that if there had been, they would have cracked a mention similar to Bathurst Regional Council on the Spectur Facebook page.
