OPY will go bust before Zip.
They state they have six quarters of financial headroom but a lot of the borrowing is uncommitted I think they have two quarters and three at maximum.
Once the first BNPL declares insolvency it will have a contagion effect on the others.
Lenders will take a big haircut and the industry as a whoke will be reluctant to provide lending or investment in other BNPL as the business model will have failed.
