If they were able to raise the US$507m CAPEX and get it into production (without further issues/delays and more capital) then you could argue that the MC could be around of US$640m, based on a simple Price/earnings calculation:
ie. 500ktpa x [US$550pt (sale price) - US$390pt (cost) - tax (say 20% on margin)] x 10 (PE)
