I could not find any official reference the the CSEM rights if FAR is no longer the operator. Both the Mar and May notices on the same only mention FAR will have rights to the data.
Again, this seems like very small "what if" scenario.
If Petrosen or Senegal wanted FAR out in exchange for a big fish stepping in, then why not have done it last year when there were (according to FAR) 3 oilers in discussions?
They could have easily said good bye then and still had Shell or others in the bag.
Regardless, I've decided to up my holdings yet again here, and will just sit and wait now.
