Hi All.

I have just spoken to a person from another company in the area who said.

It would depend on weather the land holdings of BHP were under State Agreements or not as to weather they had to give up any land to acquire Railway.

He also said it is a requirement that UMC report any material drill results as soon as possible.

He also said it would be easier to get on BHP rail system if on the Newman Line then being close to the Area C line as that is the area BHP process most of their iron ore.
