I wouldn't be too sure abut Mondays' price movement. A stock price normally declines on the day prior to a negative announcement. In this case the price increased by 51 cents in the morning prior to the leaden halt announcement. Who knows, HD may have reached the end of his tether and invited a takeover offer.
