Always (IMO) an unrealistic target. No way would they be able to achieve it given that the log washer would be out of action till mid month. I presume they would run it at nameplate for some time (minimum 1 month?) before releasing an ann to that effect, so it was always going to be next year. Not sure why they kept it in this announcement.
