look its good to get this case out of the way & Zuleika Gold court case in april is next.
VAN werent too fussed about these 2 court cases...they didnt rank them as a risk of losing & dont even put them in financials as a possible liability.
its just 2 companies (superior & zuleika) trying to get bigger slice of gold pie.
zuleika will say the same thing...you owe us % of what you mine & you in breach as havent given us $....no we not in breach we will give you what agreed ONCE we mine...cant be in breach if you not mined it for there to be a dispute.
VAN not stupid...court case is april...maybe 2 months for verdict...july resource upgrade..no lawsuits pending & start mining.
