arrh - I go to bed early anyway
as to goals - I don't have goals on weight - I just know when I've got too much fat on board by shape -
then, the goal is to get that shape looking somewhat better
I do have goals -------- but, not burning desires --------- I'd like to do 100 km walk in one day - that's a big walk for me
I've no question at all that I can do it - but, I want to be able to do it - 'comfortably'
wouldn't mind a bike ride, same distance ------------- both of those are a more serious undertaking though - more so than just a pleasant day walk or ride.
I may never do either - but, one day - I might just decide that tomorrow is the day - that's how I've done the bigger ones in the past
