I hold both and pretty much hold all the reits that Orbis are in. And yes wouldnt be surprised if thats what they have done. Smart move to sell a small percentage of whichever reit has the strongest run then pop that back on the reit that hasnt moved. I'd say that they will play them all off against each other as they head northwards.
