They are back in ten days, the plaintiff needs to minute it’s proposed orders it seeks if both companies can’t agree the court will rule resolve it, the court does should not (according to his honour) be involved in on going supervision of the orders as requested by the defendant.
The only issue the plaintiff lost was trying to piggy back off some previous issue NST had with VAN in 2016.
