Kudos to@RaceOncology for giving shareholders the chance to pick up the discounted shares. OK, we're being diluted, but, we also get the discounted shares, which to me makes it a neutral dilutive transaction (I made that up - hope it makes sense). If this offering went to instos we'd be
complaining, as the instos get cheap and we dilute. Well not in this case
.
Also realise that some like Dr.T (and staff also) with his holding is being diluted more then anyone else. He may have 1 quadrillion shares but could only buy $30K worth. This also provides the opportunity for some smaller holders to boost their holdings somewhat and make them part of the team.
