I agree prosperman that there are some bad tenants out there and the reality they can undo our hardwork. However it is all part of the risk vs reward and I am more than comfortable with my reward for the risk I am undertaking.
The reality is while shares seem safer the reality is that you can still do all the research in the world but still be surprised by a bad result or disappointed by a poor management decision which can erode you capital.
Hey I like both and as I have said you don't get any reward without taking any risk.
