I believe we should harvest our resources and reduce our population. However; I do not have an electric car with a battery that is recharged off the grid, no solar panels, I travel in a fuel guzzling aircraft and other public transport, I drive on bitumen highways and that use fossil fuel residues, wear 'fast fasion' clothes made from petroleum based polymers , use pharmaceutical medications that are dependant on petroleum products etc. etc.-

Wish the Scientists, Politicians and Politically Correct Activists would spend a proportion of time and effort to bring about responsible family planning and thereby population reductions. Extract controlled fossil fuel related carbon emissions from the atmosphere through afforestation.

Have to live with the volcano related carbon emissions and can't get my head around the emergence of a ' negative growth' economy that will follow the shrinking population. Can't have my cake and eat it too!- Ah! maximum dollars in my pocket or a sustainable existence - Fossil fuel or population/economic growth the bigger issue?
