The director loans were in existence before any application to TO panel by MCT. They are the cause of query on NME liquidity.
The MRE required additional data before completion, I'm sure you have firm grasp of mandatory requirements to complete MRE.
What was your comment about the counter productivity of adding fuel to the fire?
