Have read letter before, it was the interpretation of the facts I was referring to.
NME are responsible for their own financial position, MCT simply queried the legitimacy of the rights issue and its timing during TO.
TheTO panel supported their concerns.
It would be interesting if to substantiate a fact all you needed to do was publicly announce it.
