And I dont think the "business judgement" rule will protect them at this late stage. Apart from the fact that lots of others on this forum seemed to know what was happening, the fall in the SP also points to knowledge not reported to the market. There was no mention of any reason for the shortfall...possibly because it had already been made generally known. By admitting to any reasons would show a failure in continuous disclosure.
I am really annoyed and not just with the company but also the slack regulators who need to have a good hard look at their own duty to protect our market and ensure that investors can invest with a least a small amount of confidence.
