hope you don’t see this as a BSE bagging thread but rather a discussion of relative merits and risks . PP raises a good point about production time frame from new operations. If you miss the boom because you are developing vs producing , it’s another way to miss out on shareholder value. Compare MGX and Grrr, , Mgx didn’t get their high Grade Mine up in time for the IO price spike , GRR was producing and ofcourse there is execution risk , cost blow outs , delays etc
