    Classic mistake as once it gets down to those levels the bounces become less frequent and less significant and all you do is risk losing more money or tie up capital for years if it does not go bust in the meantime

    If your average is $6 and you have invested $20000 you have to put in another $20,000 at $3 to bring your average to $4.50.

    You are going to need a 50 percent increase just to break even.

    What happens if you wake up one morning and there is a trading halt as they are no longer able to raise capital and are burning through cash. They are forced to declare insolvency as they have little no tangible assets to sell and not only do you lose your initial $20 K but you double your losses.

    Its like going to the Casino and doubling your bet on roulette on red every time it comes up black as the popular misconception is that it must come up red at some time and will recoup your losses.

    Thats wrong as the law of averages is less than fifty fifty every time

    And just like the stock market it sometimes lands on Zero
