I don't know if the mistakes you outline were made but I agree that they could of made those mistakes. And I agree with one mistake in particular, but as with you, I have no way of being sure of anything because the market has not been informed of any of it.
Some of your post is nonsense. I don't care to illuminate it - I don't care if you don't see your own nonsense.
This comment of yours is a real peach though:

The IP comes first (generally), then the product, then the trials, then the approvals.
