Agree that the 5% could be deferred until we pass through the explosive PE growth phase - I just expect that to be within a couple of years. I'm hoping for the announcement of several big IP contracts in the first half of 2022 leading to significant royalties in the second half of 2023.
In addition, we do have accrued tax losses. I don't know how they will fit into the picture, but they will be useful when we are cash flow positive.
