Hi guys, while I also received the ASCI report at 4.01 EST what is of interest is the time sent. According to HC posters there seems to be a consensus that the email notification was sent at 3.59 EST. That really does raise the question of who started buying CCU a good 15 minutes earlier. Not to mention their other tip also got hit at the same time – doesn’t smell right at all.
