    Don't mean to be a downer - but they're giving Traxys 700,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 1.3m options, at $0.60 each - for signing an offtake agreement at market price... That's honestly one of the worst off-take agreement's I've seen. Essentially a bribe to agree to buy graphite at market price without contributing anything to MNS meeting the cost of the BFS
