If this "leak" is real and not "insider info by ASCI" then one possible explanation is this.
The email they send goes to a server and is then distributed to the subscribers. You can choose immediate delivery or delayed. Generally the first time you contact these email distribution firms wanting to use their service, they will look at a sample of your email and ask how the mailing list was procured. It's possible that someone at the email distribution firm is "leaking" the info the moment it hits their servers and may even delay the distribution a few minutes. No one would be any the wiser if they delayed distribution by 5-10mins. Servers get overloaded and delays are not outside the norm.
