Of the 4 conditions precedent;

1 - The BFS completed in 2016 has been tweaked in the background the past 6 months, updates the engineering work & schedules is already complete (anyone who bothered to read the quarterly's would already know this)

2 - The Project is already fully permitted. Mining + Environmental + SEZ is in place

3. Finance & Commencement of Construction are the only hurdles remaining. With today's massive 110ktpa offtake announced, financing this project is significantly derisked.

Magnis are going to be making gravy trains of cash from 2024 from Nachu alone, IM3NY is a cherry on top
