So, anyone who's made it past primary school can read the wording of this ann here and realize what Joel is trying to say.
Who files a patent and prepares for Pre-IND for something that doesnt work?
Would be awfully embarassing to US investors that Roth are bringing on board if it doesnt.... almost like this trial is going to be successful at meeting its primary endpoints.
The market is pretty funny sometimes.
