The unfortunate fact is bad RE Agents cost Landlords as much as bad Tenants. The laws are not fair but we have to live with them unless landlords get togetherb and force Governments to put fair laws in place. Excessive stupid laws do not protect ordinary tenants only the bad ones. There are good tenants out there but it is hard work to find them
