It's my saying to avoid using the c word in the sentence which would be a blatant suggestion that we all believe true - but can't actually say without using alleged etc to vcover our backsides!

Sungar - shadds and I met a major corporate lawyer and asked about a lot of these things - but without major institutions on the register, there are some costs that shareholders just couldn't bear, - we need funding from large holders, and we only have/had small individuals (maybe some rich ones, but small in the context of where I'm at)on the register.

It's why we need to wait for confirmation from ASIC of the wrong doings to proceed, but certainly, there's enough for action to be taken - we simply can't afford to make a start.

The action we WANTED to take was to remove the whole board and have ASIC replace them with REAL Directors, but now the company is penniless and appear to have lost the lot as Fortitude are also penniless, there seems little point!

Take heart that ASIC are working by knowing that ASIC have already placed the 'restraining order' on CVI's actions.

If anyone can find a large benefactor willing to take it on in the courts, we'll pass all info on to them to go for it.

12 months of our lives have been spent with far too many hours keeping an eye on what's going on - but due to the nature of what has happened, we'll continue to do so and monitor it all.
Would be thrilled for someone to take it further!
