Can anyone assert what they think fair value truly is? Not interested in MStar fair value.
Almost bought last week now obviously thankful I didn't, but don't want to catch a falling knife. Any ideas from someone knowledgeable without a vested interest? Never going to pick the bottom but what would be a solid buy in price?
