I have to agree, this is out of character for NVX to announce something like this on its own. It would normally be incorporated in the quarterly report.
To do with Europe expansion most likely. Perhaps some major news before the usual quarterly reporting period that is at the end of January for this quarter. Laying some groundwork announcements perhaps.
