Dont read too much into his manner of speaking. If you read Justin's bio and experience, he is what we call a hard core techie. Yes, he does have business acumen and expereince, but he more a techie at heart.
Once again, do not judge his performance on his speaing skills. I watched the entire interview and if you listen to his answers, he has been very clear, concise and confidant about his knowledge in the business.
Also, this intervew was in March'21, Since then, he has on-boarded a new CFO and an ED.
