Thanks julians for the information, this is what we should be talking about not the other back ground noise.

It was encouraging to see @Retail1554 calculations about the huge potential for longer term AZL holders with the company looking to generate over 50 billion AUD during its life at one site. The potential KORE power link and Paul's comment about the lithium no leaving Arizona is exciting! It going to be interesting times in the future when our main issue is managing our tax obligations.

The point of my question is to investigate any correlation between a weighted average spot price and a mean contract price to possible build a trend model that could be applied to future AZL income stream. This will take me a long time to generate a data set to build this algorithm which is statistically valid, and there is also a good chance it may not work. If you don't try you will never know.
I also seeing an interesting price point occurring when the EV manufactures/LiB supplier renegotiate there next contact price in the next couple years to meet both China's and whole worlds demands. This could be a perfect storm (good and bad) on the horizon.
