Dozens of cases been filed over environmental issues overlooked by BLM. The Thacker Pass case is just the most recent. That one is far from being decided, but the lower-court judge has ruled that the plaintiffs didn't make a case that was strong enough, and early enough. Those are not mistakes that are being made at Big Sandy.

This is old news. The motion for preliminary injunction you're referring to was in June. In September, the judge ruled against the Thacker Pass injunction and then LAC's SP took off.

Thanks for reminding us of another successful Western US lithium project that is well on its way to profitable production!
