I think AVRO conversion was always going to be a cap on AVR. First, because there were arbitrage opportunities to buy AVRO rather than AVR, so the demand for AVR wasn't there. Second, because some decided it was a good idea to pay for their AVRO conversions by flipping AVR, depressing the AVR price down to the AVRO conversion point. Both those demand and supply pressures are gone now, and I think the AVR price is simply heading back to trend.
