Seems like the fool needs to do a little research and reading before making such statements. We have been told on numerous occasions just how difficult this fabrication and packaging process is. The entire semi conductor industry is currently running at maximum capacity. Who else is available to sign a contract to package these MEMS for AKP?
Seems to me a perfect scenario where we have a start up company based in what the company is calling "Sound Valley"that will build a packaging plant to meet the exacting standards required to produce the AKP MEMS. Just so happens one of the EM owners and directors is also very experienced in the Asian markets and also has strong Israeli connections. Does anybody believe it is just coincidence that AKP stumbled across EM somehow? If you read the EM website it is obvious they have been working with AKP at least since 2018 helping to develop and enhance the MEMS. We are told the EM techos have listened to the MEMS sound device. If they were not impressed and believed in the future of the sound device why would they commit to a manufacturing contract?
The potential major customers will all be within the Asian region. Seems a sound commercial decision to select a new plant that has effectively been specifically engineered to manufacture these MEMS. This opportunity would have been a long time in the making and I believe may well prove a master decision by the AKP directors. My confidence is reinforced by the knowledge that our Chair owns/controls circa 7M shares in AKP. Does anyone seriously believe Fred would commit to a startup in China by signing a manufacturing/ packaging agreement if he does not believe this action to be in the best long term interests of shareholders?
