In line with what was communicated, I think the SPP should have been stopped early - instead of letting it run till 43mil
This would have been in line with what was clearly communicated in SPP and by @RaceOncology on a number of occasions.
I do not see any reason why in future one should make significant adjustments to their personal circumstances to take part in such SPP.
Not getting full allocation whilst applying in the first week and accumulating the shares since it was 0.3 and then seeing the management walking away with full allocation certainly feels like a slap in the face.
I do appreciate the opp given under this SPP but am confident that RAC is not the only golden goose out there. I would want to commit to something where I am going to see commitment in return... not otherwise.
