sounds like there is a real stoush going on but surely these legal words can eventually be agreed...interesting though that it is having such an impact on the potential timing of the project. This to me suggests that there are other issues at work. perhaps it is AGS sending a strong message to Quasar that it wont be stuffed around as a minority partner........surely a takeout is on the cards then.....it is rare that a minority partner effectively has the right of veto over a project and hence surely something should happen corporate wise?
