algorithm bots/iceberg orders - arent manipulation, and if you loosely consider it is, then you must accept it happens by both sellers and buyers [constantly - ie. whenever stock is being traded]
buyer manipulation + seller manipulation = no manipulation, -although i wouldnt consider it manipulation.

-well look at the shareholder registry [in a similiar post], larger shareholders increasding their share.
despite whatever fundamentals you want to cite, there is simply more selling pressure than buying pressure, someone for whatever reason wants to part with their stock,
