When I spoke with him about 4 months back he was talking raising from shareholders $100M. But 4 months is a long term in negotiations-and I am not naive to believe that what he stated then is what comes out…
How about you just wait to see what they say from official announcement instead of spinning negativity, and that last interview posted here, provides a snapshot of expectation and to me it was rather positive.
