Dont forget Christian will be giving a complete update at the Annual General Meeting. I personally believe Neptune will be fine - it is a well run company under Christian Lange and I know if he thought their was any chance of insider trading he would put the company into a trading halt. In relation to acquisitions, nearly every acquisition has been delayed since Dec 06 but eventually went through (excluding USA purchase recently which didnt sound like it was worth the effort anyway). Good buying opportunity now I think but wish I had some funds available.
