VR1 was pumped hard by VR1 management with a flurry of announcements on the back of Facebooks name change to Meta.
The stock price was artificially inflated, imv, so that VR1 could raise funds via an obscure wax head company in Sydney and the Biagi’s dumped $3m worth of stock into that placement.
Are the Biagi’s paying for their share of the placement costs? Hell no.
Are the Biagi’s paying for their share of the H&P vertical? Hell no.
Is Bert buying stock? Hell no.
Is HTC Vive buying stock? Hell no.
